Refund Policy

Focusward is operated by Muhammad Sohaib Amjad. CREEM is the merchant of record and processes Focusward payments and approved refunds.

All sales are final

All payments for Focusward monthly and lifetime plans are final and nonrefundable. Focusward does not offer voluntary refunds, prorated refunds, credits, or refunds for unused time.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. CREEM or a payment provider may also process a refund, reversal, or dispute when required by law, payment network rules, fraud prevention duties, or its own merchant obligations.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel future renewals through the CREEM customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless the checkout or applicable law states otherwise, access continues through the end of the current paid period. No refund or credit is provided for the remaining time in that period.

Removing Focusward from Chrome does not cancel a subscription.

Lifetime purchases

Lifetime purchases do not renew and are final. Lifetime access remains subject to the Focusward Terms, product availability, license validity, and mandatory law.

Billing errors and access problems

Contact sohaibk1001@gmail.com promptly if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, received the wrong plan, did not receive a license key, or cannot activate a valid purchase. Focusward will first try to correct the billing or access problem. A refund will be provided only when required by applicable law or when CREEM or the relevant payment provider determines that one is appropriate.

Include the purchase email address, CREEM order identifier, plan purchased, and a short explanation of the issue. Do not send a complete payment card number or complete license key.

Processing

When an exception applies, approved refunds are processed through CREEM. Card refunds generally appear within 5 to 10 business days, although timing varies by payment method, bank, and region.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, withdrawal, dispute, or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited. Where applicable law gives you greater rights, those rights apply.
