Before contacting support

1. Update Chrome to the current stable version.
2. Open chrome://extensions, find Focusward, and confirm it is enabled.
3. Open Focusward Settings and read any license status message.
4. If the issue concerns a purchase, open the CREEM customer portal.
5. If safe to do so, reload Focusward from chrome://extensions and try again.

What to include

Please include a clear description of what happened, the result you expected, your Chrome version and operating system, the Focusward version shown in chrome://extensions, and steps that reproduce the issue. Include a CREEM order identifier if the problem concerns a purchase. If needed, include only the last six characters of a license key.

Do not send passwords, complete payment card numbers, complete license keys, private browsing history, or information unrelated to the issue.

Purchases and subscriptions

CREEM handles checkout, receipts, invoices, payment methods, and subscription cancellation. Use the CREEM customer portal to view orders, download receipts, update payment information, or cancel a monthly subscription.

Focusward does not offer voluntary refunds. For billing errors, mandatory legal rights, and other exceptions, read the Focusward Refund Policy.

Privacy and deletion

You can clear focus history and remove a license from Focusward Settings. Uninstalling Focusward removes extension data stored by Chrome. Removing the extension does not cancel a monthly subscription. For a privacy request, email sohaibk1001@gmail.com.

Security reports

Send security reports to sohaibk1001@gmail.com. Include enough information to reproduce the issue without exposing another person's data. See the security page for the preferred format.

Product limitation

Focusward is a focus aid. It cannot block Chrome system pages, other browsers, other profiles, other devices, or a user who disables the extension. Do not rely on Focusward for emergency, medical, safety, parental control, or security enforcement.
